Rob – I do the same thing. I love the reliability of the data from account schedules, but the flexibility of Excel where I can add more complicated formulas, conditional formatting, icon sets, etc.
Evita – I’ve used JET in the past and believe it’s a great financial reporting solution. However, due to my compulsive desire for DIY, I’ve learned how to use account schedules. You will get the hang of it, I promise! Glad you’re scheduled for a class, enjoy!
I export my financials from Account Schedules in Nav to Excel. They look much better in Excel and are easier to manipulate and improve the look.

I have not been able to get the hang of Account Schedules. I am scheduled for a class. Jet has been a lifesaver and reflects instant updates!
